From Frustrated to Confident with Uniform and Mat Service
When you wear as many hats as Ultra Tech's Tom Pallone does, you want everything to run as smooth as possible. Unfortunately, that was not the case with their uniform and floor mat provider before Rentwear.
"Our biggest problem was service and communication," he explained. "There was no follow-up, and we didn't get the customer service we thought we deserved."
A few years ago, Pallone knew it was time to switch to a new partner. Product and price were relevant, but he prioritized customer service when looking for a new uniform and floor mat company.

“When we met with Rentwear, it was clear that they cared about our business’ success,” he said. “The owner of the company even helped organize our locker room.”
Now that Ultra Tech is with Rentwear, Pallone has time to focus on his many other duties rather than his team’s uniforms.
“I can always call and speak to a person, and that’s important,” he said. “If they say they’ll do something for us, they always follow through with their promise.”
