Saniserv Inc. to Merge With Rentwear Inc.

Effective October 1, 2020, Saniserv Inc. will merge with our sister company Rentwear Inc. Saniserv formerly operated out of Rentwear's production facility. Our mutual ownership, the Clay Family, decided to consolidate our processes for production efficiencies.

At this time there will be no changes to your current Route Rep, delivery day, time or frequency. You will continue to receive the same high quality rental products, services and pricing from Rentwear as you did from Saniserv. The only change will be to your invoice form-no more blue Saniserv invoices. You will receive the white Rentwear invoice for deliveries dated 10-1-2020 forward. If your Saniserv invoice was auto emailed, your Rentwear invoice will be as well.

We understand this will mean adding Rentwear as a new vendor, and we appreciate your help to make this happen. We have attached a Rentwear W9 for your records. If there are other vendor forms you need us to complete, please email them to [email protected].

If you currently pay Saniserv by credit card, the credit card authorization we have on file will transfer to Rentwear. Please be aware your bank statement will reflect Rentwear instead of Saniserv Inc. effective with credit card transactions for October 2020 billing.

If your current payment method is by ACH, we will be contacting you with the Rentwear Inc. banking information necessary to update your A/P records.
