Uniform and Floor Mat Service for Local Material Handling Company

In northeast Ohio, family-owned and local companies prefer to partner with like-businesses because they share similar values. When Industrial Parts and Service partnered with Rentwear for their uniforms and floor mats, they knew the relationship would be long lasting.

Ed Mauser Jr. is the sales manager at Industrial Parts and Service and has been with the company since his father started it in 1988.

“Choosing Rentwear was one of the first decisions my dad made when he started the company,” Mauser said. “We’ve been with them ever since.”

Relationships Built on Great Service

The relationship between Industrial Parts and Service and Rentwear started off as strictly business but quickly grew into personal friendships.

“I always liked them because they treated our business well, but I got to know the VP, Tadd Clay, because our kids played baseball together,” Mauser said. “That’s why I prefer to deal local. They’re a part of the same community we are.”

The great business and personal relationship allows Mauser to feel comfortable knowing Rentwear will take care of his uniforms and floor mats and quickly fix issues before they grow into larger problems.

“Not only is their service great, their uniforms and floor mats always look good,” he said. “Image is something that’s important to us whether we’re at our facility or out making a service call. Rentwear always keeps us looking good.”

New Uniforms for a Rebrand

Industrial Parts and Services rebranded in 2016 to modernize their company’s look and feel.

“Our goal was to bring our business into the 21st century,” Mauser explained. “We updated our logo and our colors, and that meant updating our uniforms.”

Rentwear’s experienced team worked with Industrial Parts and Service to find a new uniform style that fit their new red and black color scheme and still kept their staff looking clean and professional.

“We were initially thinking about all red uniforms, but their team knew the color would quickly fade,” he said. “When they showed us the black uniforms with red accents, we knew those were the uniforms for us.”

Today, Industrial Parts and Service’s team is proud to wear their uniforms and show off their company. And they love welcoming customers into their building because they’re confident their floors are clean and their team looks professional.
